Matt Sheehan, Director of Instructional Programs for Career & Technical Excellence, was recognized late last week by the Broome Chamber of Commerce as their 2023 Distinguished Volunteer of the Year. This prestigious award pays tribute to Sheehan's consistent efforts to better the community through his innovative and proactive approach to volunteerism. Steve Moschak named 2023 Assistant Principal of the Year

Steve Moschak, assistant principal at the Broome-Tioga BOCES main campus, has been named the 2023 Assistant Principal of the Year by the School Administrators Association of New York State, Region 9.
Moschak was recognized for his dedication to education and his support for fellow educators, according to a letter from Chuck Wheeler, the chairman for SAANYS Region 9.
We agree that the award is well-deserved, praising Moschak's commitment and work ethic in his role as assistant principal. Congratulations to Moschak on this notable achievement.
