BOCES students, teacher honored at excellence event

The students were honored for their achievements in career-related programs, good citizenship, community service and career planning. Babcock was honored for his 20 years of dedication to the success of students in various programs at BOCES as well as his above-and-beyond contributions to ensuring excellence in education.
