BT-BOCES seeing long term interest in courses

Our first local news story of the school year highlights the great trend of increased enrollment numbers in the trades and other CTE courses at Broome-Tioga BOCES.

WBNG reporter Jill Croce visited our main campus Tuesday, September 12, and she spoke with Tom McNair, assistant superintendent of Instructional Programs, as well as with Whitney Point senior Preston Gower, a second-year Carpentry student, as he relayed his continuing BOCES story.

Jill’s story first aired on WBNG’s 11 o’clock newscast. If you click on this link, you can watch the online version of the story.
