BOCES Adult Education programs are designed for adults who are 18 years of age or older and have exited high school.
Students will learn haircutting, shaving, and grooming techniques with a focus on men’s hair services. The course includes sanitation practices, customer service skills, and preparation for state licensing. Hands-on practice helps students build confidence by working with real clients.

Students who successfully complete this course and required hours will be able to sit for their Licensing Exam.
