Offered in the month of July, this two-week, hands-on program engages students in project-based learning around science, technology, engineering, math and art through the design cycle. Local engineers and other professionals team up with students in small learning communities to explore and develop projects with real-world applications.
Each summer, approximately 100 students in grades 9 and 10 become immersed in STEAM activities in partnership with the Eastern Southern Tier STEM Hub and its facilitators, including Lockheed Martin and Binghamton University.
Students interested in this exciting program should see their guidance counselor for enrollment details.
