Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Building




MARCH 2025

• Project paperwork submitted to NYSED November 2024

•Making provisions for a third-party to review to support an accelerated timeline - construction phase anticipated March/April 2025 - December 2025

• As part of this project, the existing Operations and Maintenance Building will be demolished, and a new building will be built on the South side of the main campus for the CTE addition

• A separate entrance for O&M is being planned at 409 Glenwood (property purchased April 2024)
• Demolition of 409 Glenwood is anticipated April 2025
