College Credit Integration
Certain Career and Technical Education programs at Broome-Tioga BOCES offer college credits through SUNY Broome Community College’s Fast Forward program while they are enrolled at Broome-Tioga BOCES. For more specific information, please contact Patty Gonz in the Career Development Center at

The New Visions Education Academy also offers 3 credits through Binghamton University for “So You Want to be an Educator” (EDUC 101).
Articulation Agreements
Students who complete a Career and Technical Education program may gain advanced standing and/or actual credit for a college-level course(s) through articulation agreements between a post-secondary institution and Broome-Tioga BOCES. The terms of the articulation agreements vary, but many include the following: students completed their Broome-Tioga BOCES program with a B average or better, students completed the admission process at the institution, students apply for the credits within the designated time listed in the agreement.
