Potential storm this week
All New York State schools are required to have students in attendance for a minimum of 180 school days in a school year. To meet this requirement and maintain our current school calendar, the Commissioner of Education passed regulations to allow districts to use remote-learning days when the weather is a concern for safe travel to school.

There is a potential storm we are watching, anticipated Tuesday, March 14, and Wednesday, March 15. BOCES has one remaining snow day. If we use our last snow day and cannot safely bring students in with a 1 or 2-hour delay, we will need to declare a remote-learning day. We will use a combination of asynchronous and synchronous learning. Our staff will reach out to families and students to communicate how they will be providing instruction. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
