Broome-Tioga BOCES, the Greater Binghamton Outreach Program, and Visions Federal Credit Union sponsored a special event for students, parents and educators on March 12 at Visions’ auditorium, 3301 Country Club Road, Endwell.
Entitled “Investing in Your Future - Pathways to Financial Careers,” the event featured a panel of experts offering information and tips relating to careers in the financial industry. The keynote speaker was Tyrone Muse, president and CEO of Visions Federal Credit Union.
Approximately 180 students from eight local school districts signed up for the 9 a.m. morning session. The evening session, which was open to the public, was canceled due to weather concerns.
