Students complete tribute to fallen officer, project moves to Discover Center

The display features a full-size garage and police station playhouse that will become part of the Discovery Center’s Story Garden. The structures were designed by students in BOCES’ P-TECH Engineering Academy and then build by carpentry students and painted by art students in the Evertech High School.
The display will feature the last patrol car used by Officer Smith, who was killed in the line of duty in 2014.
