VIVA ESPANA WITH TABLAO FLAMENCO

Description:
This magnificent production reflects the grace, energy and passion of Spain as seen through the performing arts.  Your students will be mesmerized by the beauty and artistry they behold, giving them an all new appreciation and perspective of the Spanish people. The program includes a variety of dance and music from Spanish culture including :
  • Classic Jota 
  • Muneira and Paso Doble    
  • Tradition of La Tuna Troubadours (a group of traveling minstrels from the King's Court in the 16th century playing mandolins and tambourines) 
And of course various genres of Tablao Flamenco inspired by the history and elegance of Madrid, the grad capital of Spain.  These include:
  • Tango
  • Jaleo
  • Martinets
  • Tanguillo
  • Alegrias
  • Rumba 
Live classical guitarists will delight and entertain your students between dances with a variety of traditional Spanish music, and at the conclusion, audience members are invited to participate in the interactive portion of our show and join the artists on stage to dance.  
(The number of students able to participate in the interactive portion of the show may vary, please inquire at check in for more information).

1 complimentary teacher or chaperone for every 15 paid students
Early Bird Pricing available until October 1, 2018
1 show - $17.00 per person ($18.00 after October 1)
Both shows - $22.00 per person ($23.00 after October 1)
