Digital Content Strategy and Support

Social media has changed the way school districts tell their stories and communicate with stakeholders. Today social media is the front door to most school districts for parents and community members. The purpose of content created and shared on digital platforms is to build trust and illustrate what the district stands for. The nature of social media channels—conversational, nimble, always on—makes social one of the strongest branding tools for schools.

Our Digital Content Strategy Service helps districts tell their unique stories through a targeted approach that speaks directly to individual audiences. Our team of specialists utilizes tools such as video, social media, photography, and more to help connect audience engagement to district goals. Our purpose is not to cover what is happening in your district but to bring it to life.

Whether you are looking to make the jump into social media, establish a district brand strategy, or conduct an audit of your digital channels, our team of specialists can meet your needs. Our digital specialists are experts at launching and managing Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram feeds. Let us manage your social media so that your content is always fresh, up-to-date, and appropriate.

Video Production

Our Video Production Service allows districts to harness the digital storytelling power of video. We offer pre-production planning, scriptwriting, videography, voiceovers, digital editing, and motion graphics. Video can be produced to highlight district programs, new staff orientation videos, district tours, and more.

Crisis Communication
Our crisis team is available upon request to provide guidance, support, and assistance to component school districts in the aftermath of a serious school crisis. Additionally, members receive crisis intervention training as well as share best practices and resources.

Media Training
School leaders are often asked to speak with the media, to convince the community to pass a bond, to share innovative programming and ideas, or to address a crisis. The skill and comfort with which leaders communicate can have a lasting impact on the issue at hand and the reputation of the district. Our media training team has decades of experience in broadcast news. We will work one-on-one to help leaders learn how to craft and deliver messages effectively
