Students were challenged to create a budget and then try to live within it as they encountered various life scenarios that required financial decisions such as paying rent, entertainment costs, utility bills, and assorted other real-life expenses, some of them being of the completed unexpected variety.
The annual two-day event is staffed by VFCU employees and conducted in BOCES' gymnasium.
