Overview:
The DCMO Transition Work Group will meet at Norwich CSD on 1/11/17. Our topic will be transition portfolios. The TWG will meet at Bainbridge-Guilford, Greenlawn Elementary on 2/8/17. The topic will be student led IEPs & self determination. Both meetings begin at 12:30 and materials will be provided to create student portfolios & tools to support participation in CSE meetings.
