A long-time resident of Chenango Bridge, Eccleston has worked in various positions overseeing personnel matters since 1994, most recently as general manager for ADEC Solutions-USA, Inc. in Conklin, and, prior to that, as general manager for Stafkings of Binghamton, Inc. He has also dedicated many years of community service as a volunteer with local boards and organizations such as the SUNY Business and Education Cooperative of the Southern Tier, Broome-Tioga Workforce Development Board, the Southern Tier Association for Human Resources, and the Broome-Tioga BOCES School-to-Careers Partnership.
In his new position at BOCES, Eccleston will oversee a human resources office that provides services to approximately 1,100 BOCES staff members. As a director and part of the senior management team, he will report directly to the district superintendent.
