Giving back to the community through CHOW

On December 18, a group of seniors from Broome-Tioga BOCES’ Evertech High School visited the CHOW Warehouse at 3 Otsiningo Street to assist with the production of CHOW “surprise” boxes.

The students packed approximately 50 boxes, each weighing 25 pounds and containing a variety of healthy food for needy families of the Southern Tier.

Community service is an integral component of many BOCES programs, providing students with hands-on, real-world experiences while benefiting our neighbors.
