Leadership development is a process that takes time to unfold based on the developmental readiness of each individual and the organization in which that individual works.
Systematic evaluation and targeted feedback is used to assess change and to facilitate the change process itself.
We use the ‘full range’ model of leadership development as a basis for individual, team and organizational development. The model includes the development of high-end skills associated with transformational leadership, as well as basic transactional leadership skills associated with goal setting, clarifying expectations, monitoring performance, etc. The model has been extensively validated around the globe in terms of predicting performance. This evidence clearly indicates that it is possible to teach participants to be more transformational.
We utilize information technology to augment the leadership development process and to teach people how to influence others, close up and at a distance, when working with technology.
