ABOUT THE MEMBERS
Sandra Ruffo Sandra comes to us from the Susquehanna Valley School District. She has served on our BOCES board since July 1995, its president since July 2005. She was a member of the Susquehanna Valley Board of Education for 18 years, from July 1985 to June 2003, the last 15 as its president.
Ursula Hambalek Ursula comes to us from the Vestal School District. She has served on our BOCES board since 1997, as vice president since 2005. She was a member of the Vestal Board of Education from 1996 to 2005.
John Crosby John comes to us from the Owego-Apalachin School District. He has served on our BOCES board since July 2006. He has been a member of the O-A Board of Education since July 2002, serving as vice president from July 2004 to June 2005.
Roger Merrill Roger comes to us from the Harpursville School District. He has served on our BOCES board since July 2000. He was a member of the Harpursville Board of Education for nearly 20 years, from June 1987 to March 2007.
Marcia Modlo Marcia comes to us from the Johnson City School District. She has served on our BOCES board since May 2007. A Johnson City native and JCHS graduate, she worked 36 years as an educator in the Vestal School District.
Peter Nowacki Peter comes to us from the Windsor School District. He has served on our BOCES board since July 2006. He has been a member of the Windsor Board of Education since June 2001, serving as its president from 2003 to 2004 and again from 2006 to present.
Donald Vredenburgh Don comes to us from the Chenango Forks School District. He has served on our BOCES board since July 1999. He served on the CF Board of Education from July 1993 to June 2001 (as president from 1997-2000), and again from January 2005 to present.
