The Transitions Program offers a small class setting for students, grades 5-12, with special needs who have been referred by their district's Committee on Special Education. The major focus is on integration across all disciplines as students strive to return to a less restricted environment. The goal is to help students learn skills needed to obtain a high school diploma.
