The Crossroads Program serves primary and intermediate-level students with learning and behavioral needs. Small class settings (8:1:1 - eight students, one teacher and one paraprofessional) offer personalized academic instruction with an inclusive focus. Programming is designed to meet New York State guidelines.

Crossroads classes are currently offered at two locations: MacArthur Elementary School in Binghamton and Owego-Apalachin Elementary School in Apalachin.
