The Medicaid Reimbursement Program was developed in collaboration with the State Education Department (SED) and Department of Health (DOH) to enable schools to receive additional revenue on students (ages 5-21) who receive Health Related Support Services (HRSS) and Targeted Case Management Services (TCM). Training is available on either SED's graphical Windows-based software (MDS-Medicaid Data System) or the Medicaid subsystem within the ClearTrack 200 System, to track the necessary biographical and service information needed for this process.
