The Comprehensive Regional Data Analysis Service provides schools and districts with student performance data and regional benchmarks for meaningful, responsible analysis and interpretation of state assessment results. Participating districts receive regional longitudinal analyses of the elementary and middle level state assessments and Regents examinations, plus four days of on-site customized data analysis assistance.

The service also includes unlimited access to the Web-based data analysis program Cognos PowerPlay where schools can examine student performance in multiple demographic groups - e.g., gender, ethnicity, income, English language learners, and students with disabilities - as reported through LEAP and STEP.
