ClearTrack 200 Special Education Management System

ClearTrack 200 is a fully Web-based special education management system that enables districts to easily and efficiently track the day-to-day activities of special education students and to readily meet state and federal reporting requirements, including those relating to Part 200 of the commissioner's regulations, 504 students, Chapter 408, and the No Child Left Behind Legislation.

ClearTrack 200 allows you - the teacher, administrator or Committee on Special Education member - to directly input and access information on the educational, social and physical status of every student, and to simultaneously compare historical data on the same screen. You also can access and input management comments, goals and objectives, testing information, progress notes and other key data.

With ClearTrack 200, you can swiftly transfer data between various student management systems, create customized, state-compliant individual education plans (IEPs), and electronically submit STAC and PD reports. It also helps with customizable standards-based goal banks, letter processing, Medicaid reimbursement, and LEAP/STEP extraction.

Additional features allow tracking through the Academic Intervention Services (AIS) subsystem, and a custom-query report writer that allows you to generate district-specific reports.
