ADM2000

ADM 2000 is a Graphical User Interface student management system that can be effortlessly navigated by both the novice and experienced user. In addition to extensive control over user access, ADM 2000 offers a complete system for managing student records. All modules are included in the price of the application software. We help in the planning and implementation of the ADM 2000 software and conduct user training.

Service Description

The system includes the following applications:

Demographics: Student demographics; addresses; unlimited contacts; types of contacts; unlimited enrollment information; homeroom detail; parking; busing; locker records.

Master Schedule Builder: Builds the Master using all Student Course request, Staff Request and Room Request then schedules the students at the same time to see the results.

Scheduling: Profiles Block, Period, Arena, Moduler, scheduling; contflict matrix; flexible schedule cards; on-line scheduling.

Attendance: By Period, Daily, Monthly, or Yearly, absences and trends.

Grading: Numerous entry options; numeric, alpha; calculates grades, GPAs, honor rolls, final grades, weighted grades; unlimited types of GPA calculations; flexible grade reporting.

Discipline: Unlimited discipline codes and tracking; flexible reporting.

Medical: Unlimited medical records, flexible entry and reporting, unlimited screening points, unlimited.

Graduation Planner: Multi-year graduation planner provides suggested course sequence, tracks student progress toward plan, easily rolls plan to scheduler and much more.

Academic History: Flexible transcripts; flexible academic history maintenance; unlimited (limited only by disk space) records may be stored. Includes grades, testing, attendance and student activities.

Web Application: This application allows the Administrator the option to view everything from student attendance to academic history to discipline history via the Web. In addition, it allows district staff to enter classroom or daily attendance and grades with the option to access contact information for those students enrolled in their classes. Parent access to student attendance and grades is available as well. Students can even input course requests for the following school year.
