Supports a district's Local Area Network (LAN) and/or Wide Area Network (WAN) and it's connection to the BOCES Regional Network. This Regional Network, together with the district's network infrastructure, serves both the administrative and instructional network needs of participating school districts. This multi-level service also includes assistance with the planning and consultation of a district's ongoing network needs.

Prerequisite: The district's network must be on the regional network or accessible from The Center via a regionally standardized VPN connection.

Additional Costs: District-based, BOCES-employed technicians and dispatched technician support.
